Executive Producer: Irene Spadafora

Irene has an extensive background as a producer in radio and interactive media. She has worked in entertainment, educational and documentary styles – the perfect combination of skills and experience to produce podcasts.

She was a producer on the award winning, nationally syndicated show Radio Heartbeat and co-creator/producer of the popular phone-in talk show Telepersonal Radio.

For over a decade she was a producer and Team Leader of Product Hosting at Lavalife where she oversaw their hosting program (talk radio on the phone) and created tutorials and entertainment features for Lavalife by Voice. An interactive voice response expert (IVR), she redesigned and produced Lavalife’s phone testimonials for all of North America. Irene has been a guest host on radio and has done voiceovers for radio commercials and voice systems.

As a published writer, Irene’s stories have appeared in newspapers, on the internet and have been shortlisted for a book anthology. She has worked as a story editor on film projects and has co-produced an award winning short film.

Audio Engineer: Christian Gaarn

Irene works with long time colleague, audio engineer Christian Gaarn. Chris specializes in interactive media and voice audio production and holds a senior engineer position in the IVR industry. Chris is also a graduate of the Music Industry Arts Program at Fanshawe College.
